Trade Stands Conditions of Entry

Trade stands must arrive between 7am and 9am on Show Day. Permission to set up before this must be received from the Show. 

Monivea Show will not be responsible to any exhibitor or its agents for any loss of profits, consequential loss, or any loss whatsoever arising for any  reason of cancellation of the show.  

Allocation of Spaces: No space will be allocated until completed entry form with the appropriate fee and proof of insurance and details of products/stands have been received by the Monivea Show.  

Monivea Show reserves the right to reject any application. All exhibitors must have public and employer’s liability insurance and proof must accompany application. 

All exhibitors are prohibited from selling products which are not authorised by the Relevant Authorities. Products such as pellet guns, balloons. Knives, bangers, streamers/silly string etc. cannot be sold on show grounds and if found doing so products will be seized and the Exhibitor will be removed from the Showgrounds.  

Exhibitors will be obliged to leave their area litter free at end of show day  

Tables/Chairs/Electricity NOT supplied. 

Passes: Approved applications will be issued with passes for their exhibit. Passes will be posted to the exhibitor with confirmation of booking and  receipt of payment. Unsuccessful applicants will have their fee refunded.
